Welcome to Leadaro, a leaders school for business owners and department heads with systemic programs on team management and communication. This document sets forth the terms under which you may participate in our offerings.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending any program or acquiring any product from Leadaro, you agree to comply with these terms and any updates provided on our website.
2. Description of Offerings
2.1 Systemic Programs and Workshops
Leadaro provides live and recorded programs focused on team management and communication tailored to executives and department heads.
2.2 Digital Courses and Materials
Our digital offerings include multimedia courses, workbooks, and downloadable guides designed for self-paced learning.
2.3 Merchandise and Printed Guides
We offer branded workbooks, printed guides, and related merchandise to support your leadership journey.
3. Enrollment and Access
Access to live sessions requires registration and timely attendance. Digital materials become available upon purchase confirmation. Physical items will be shipped to the address you provide.
4. Fees and Settlement
Fees for programs and products are listed on our website and at the time of checkout. All dues must be settled before access or shipment.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Service Programs
Requests for reimbursement must be made within 14 days of the program start date and prior to participation in more than 20% of live sessions. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 30 days to the original method of settlement. Alternatively, you may transfer enrollment to another session scheduled within six months at no extra charge.
5.2 Digital Products
Digital courses and materials are eligible for a full reimbursement if requested within 7 days of purchase and if no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request this, submit your details via our contact form.
5.3 Physical Goods
Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. Once items are received and inspected, we will process your reimbursement, less any shipping costs, within 30 days.
5.4 Non-Refundable Sessions
Certain personalized coaching sessions and bespoke workshops are non-refundable due to the resources and customization involved. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
6. Scheduling and Changes
You may request to reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Any changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing.
